Shift Z. It's showing you that you are currently zoomed in on the image.

Ok, I pressed Shift Z and nothing happened... Pressed it a bunch more and still nothing...

It's def made my whole project Zoomed in. How can I get it to go away?

Command+Z is The Undo command.
If it happens again, click in your viewer (shortcut: Command+3) and then press Shift+Z, which is zoom-to-fit.

If you're running a custom keyboard perhaps you've lost that functionality. Shift z will always make the view fit to window whether its your timeline or viewer.
