Reduce a picture from 10 sec to 3 sec show?

Hi, in my movie project, There are three pictures in a row, but they lasts for 10 sec pr. pic, how do i reduce the pictures to be shown in 3 sec in stead?

how do i do that?

found a sollution, draged the end against the beginning, now it is better.
but thanks for not having to do this manually on 10 pictures

A quick way to do it is to select all of your clips (pictures, in this case), hit Ctrl-D, then type in the desired duration and hit enter. In this case 3 seconds, so three, zero, zero, enter.

If you go to preferences, you can also set a default length for photos. Just go under "editing" "Still images duration" Then everything you import will be of that time.
