Keywords create odd selection bug

I'm curious if this has been an issue all along or if this is something new in 10.0.8. It's easily reproducible.

I added a keyword to a clip in the Event Browser. After that, I selected sections of the clip and marked them as Favorites.

ISSUE
In List View, I filtered the view to only show Favorites. Those favorites show up, but when I try to select any of the Favorites from the original clip, my selection automatically jumps to the first favorite from the clip—not the one I was trying to select and mark in/out on.

This isn't present in the Thumbnail view—just in List View. It seems that FCPX is doing something odd because the keyword encompasses the whole clip, but the Favorites are just marked within the clip. Maybe it doesn't know what I want selected?

I had a 2 minute video from Vimeo a client gave me to pull shots from. I keyworded the clip "Low Resolution" so I could go back later and find/replace all the shots that were web encoded and poor quality. Then, I went through the edit and marked 10-12 favorites to edit into my new project. Everything was working fine until I filtered to just show Favorites and wanted to select a range of the favorite. I ended up working the rest of the project in Thumbnail view when I had filtered my view to Favorites.

What version of FCP X was this event created in? In other words... did you make this event in 10.0.8, or was it created in an earlier version?

The event and all other events to test this are 10.0.8.

So they are all new events. created in 10.0.8, not events from earlier versions opened in 10.0.8 right?

OK. Supposedly this bug was fixed, but I still get it now and again. If you haven't, send feedback to Apple... :-)
