Error when Export using H.264

Curious on why this error appeared on a project I was trying to export for school. It occurs exactly at 48% and I tried inspecting halfway through the project and cant seem to find any errors...that I know of...

The image is obviously a description of the error. I have tried restarting FC and my computer. My instructor already graded my project, so no rush to export anymore, but I am curious to WHY this happened and is preventing me from exporting!

Switch off background rendering. Trash the render files and try again.

I switched off background render, how do I trash render files? I tried again, same error. hmm...

If you don't trash the render files nothing has changed. In the project library, select the project, and use File>Delete Project Render Files.

I'm hearing about this regularly with 10.0.8.

I was also having a similar problem when exporting. I deleted all the render files and it's working again.
