Almost funny, but has anyone thought of 10.0.9 yet?
Comments, concerns, expectations, forecasts, inside information, or expression of the classic Apple jitters.....all are welcome!

1. A way to convert audio to text. So, in an interview I can read what their saying and compare between multiple interviews, words, so I can cut a little faster between the interviews. CMD + F!
2. Curves. They got rid of Color, and thats okay with me...but if they could give me curves back in that color correction tool, i would be pretty happy.
3. Opening up Motion files from the FCPX project. The linking they use to have in FCP7 and Motion4.
4. Wouldn't mind having a Prores LT conversion during my import. I use DSLR footage!

If Apple were to release their 45º 4ft by 2ft touchscreen 'drawing board' Mac, then Final Cut Pro would be one of the best ways of showing it off. The vast majority would hail it as Apple's Minority Report Mac.
All we need is a live link new iSight camera input that can fly anywhere in Washington DC and travel into the future...

While WWDC won't hold anything specifically FCPX related, there are announcements at the June 10 keynote that could be interesting for FCPX users.
1. MacPro [best place to announce this machine whether it's immediately ready or not]
2. Siri API [possible use for auto-transcription of dialogue in FCPX]
3. Improved Dual-Display support [which has been rumoured for OSX 10.9 by 9to5mac]
4. Mac appStore upgrade pricing [allowing Apple and other developers to release paid upgrades to existing applications]
5. Improved iCloud [specifically CoreData syncing, which could point to better multi-user functionality]
FCPX was updated at WWDC last year, but that was tied to Retina support for the new rMBP. Unless there was a specific hardware tie-in, I don't see another one. That said, late June would be roughly in-line with the general release pattern, AND the 2nd anniversary of the software [June 21].

MacPro Thunderbolt with one GPU on the motherboard for Thunderbolt and 2nd GPU on 16x PCIe3.
FCPX update to support two GPUs which would include live multiple scopes on the Dual Viewers.
That's the FCPX hardware tie-in upgrade for the new MacPro.

Lots of little things, which would make FCPX even more enjoyable to use.

What does that mean? A menu item in Final Cut Pro that brings up a special part of the Mac App Store. A place to download, try out and purchase plug-ins, colour grades, clip video, clip audio and training material. I'd also like watermarked trial versions as well as free stuff from people like me and Andreas.
Final Cut Pro would show how any app developer could use the Mac App store to create their own ecosystem...

Handling of 3D objects&shaders, lights, reflections, ray-tracing, particles, hair'n fur, … stuff.
FCPX10.1 will be the demo software for the new pro-line of Macs.-
The other, 'pro' related features will be listed in the specs sheets.-
