Hi i've used sony's content browser 1.1 to get my sony xdcam imx30 footage (transfered bij firewire
into my laptop coming from a sony 530 xdcam).
When i load the clips cb makes an event in fcpx. When i open this event the clips are already in the browser but…. They are in a diffirent format and framerate…
So i load 720x576/ 25fps and it shows up in the browser as: 1280x720/ 60fps!
If i uncheck the "open in fcpx" menu option in cb's prefs and manual load in the clips in fcp's browser everything is swell!
What is wrong?
i use a 2011 mbp 2.2 with 10.6.8 fcpx 10.0.8 cb 1.1
into my laptop coming from a sony 530 xdcam).

Same here! XML is the only way to transfer the markers as the camera guys use continuous timecode. Don 't know how to fix this. F***!

I have temporarily solved this with insane workaround:
1) in Content Browser, export to FCP7, not FCPX
2) open resulting XML in 7toX and export a new FCPXML
3) import this new FCPXML into FCPX. Voila! Files are correctly imported with markers.
