hi,
I don't undestand why I set only 2 keyframes for scale and position and FCPX smooths it. I checked all points, set to linear, but there is a curve in the motion, I can't get it linear.
Any idea ?
thanks,
Ulisses

If you right click between 2 keyframes a little box will open with choices (curves, linear, etc)
Here's an explanation with pics...

Have fun with it.

Thanks, but the Larry Easy In/Out trick works only with opacity keyframes.
I'm talking about transform (position, scale), I can't find options to removing the easy IN/OUT.

This has been a major PITA since the first version of FCPX, and it's still there in 10.0.8. There is a workaround that you can see in this video:
The solution works, but this bug really should be fixed. Fill in a bug report, like many of us have done.

FCPX 10.1.1 Seems to have broken the work-around, now there's no way to get rid of the transform-position animation curve? Gagh!!

Solution: Looks like you can remove the Ease-In and -Out using the above video, but you have to re-select "Linear" for each point, even though Linear is already selected.
Got linear working again, with much fiddling for each clip.
