Quality of moving parts of video

When I export from FCP a video it becomes hard to watch the moving parts, especially the panoramas either fast or slow, it is all the same - feels like closing eyes and wait for the movement to end.
I don't have a compressor, so I used share to Apple devices with best quality available but still such problems.
Is there a way to solve this problem in FCP? Or may be there is a problem already in the shooting format? I film with Sony FS100 default settings.

During the night sleep I came to a realization what the problem might be - I needed a quick edit so, when the material was imported in FCP I paused the transcode and analysis process, edited it and exported without resuming it. So I guess that was my problem. Even though, I have noticed that in my previous videos panorama shots where not smooth anyway. Not as bad as in this case but still not smooth enough. So, resolution for this problem would be much appreciated.

Slower frame rates with fast pans will do that. Pan slower, and/or speed up the frame rate. But in general, that is typical of you panning a shot too fast in the first place, it seems.
