Looking for a text title that scrolls through random letters before settling on the final letter. Kind of like the name titles in the Numbers opening sequence below. Free or paid.
I thought there used to be one in FCPX but cant find it?

Sequence Text in Motion could do that easily, I'd think.

Thanks Bem; no doubt it can be done in Motion but would prefer to just get a plug-in instead.
I'm sure I saw one for sale with one of the usual companies, in case anyone remembers it.

I don't know if this will help but. Look at Stupid Raisins and Cineflare's Title Pop plugin.

Hey, thanks, yes one of those seems to be similar, though I am sure I saw a standalone plug-in somewhere (not one that requires you to install FX Factory).
Anyone else remember a plug in like that?
Didn't there used to be a template in FCPX itself? Seems to be disappeared.

The Decode template in Motion is the one you're looking for. Look under "Compositions." There's three different ones: Lower Third, Menu, and Open. You could make changes to them and publish to FCP X.

Ah! Thats it! I thought I was going mental. First time I have opened Motion in over a year; so its time to get learning that program again!
Thanks everyone.
