Missing Effect Error

Hi.
I made an effect in Motion and publish it to FCPX. But in FCPX this effect won't work. Missing Effect red screen.
When I changing default effects it working. Help please.

Perhaps no one did encounter this problem?

Did you move the effect from the original place that it was created. I have created effect and then move the effect to another folder to better organize my effect and they appears offline, so I have to move the effects to the original folder that it was created.

I tried to copy effect in different sources but it still no working.
And!
Motion say "The document “SSTrobe.moef” could not be opened. "
It won't open this effect after I close it in Motion

An effect's folder MUST be put inside of:
[User Home Folder] > Movies > Motion Templates > Effects

I wrote "the effect's folder." It should have all of the files and stuff that Motion originally created.
