THank you for your support @dgwvideo ...i've deleted the comment inside this topic because nobody answered, so i thought nobody was using xdcam here.
I found myself the solution then...i 've installed too old version of content browser. Now i've installed V2 and it works like a charm. But import directly from FCPX still show me 10 sec lenght max for all clips.I'm gonna test also today a free plugin to import directly from FCPX.

People here do use XDCamHD and RedRaw and whatever is out there
What do you mean by "import directly from FCPX show me 10 sec lenght max "
Where do you "import directly" from FCPX? Which programme shows only 10 secs?
Did you export something? Did you export the whole timeline or only a range?
How did you export the mxf from FCPX? Which plug-in did you use?

ok, i need to clarify
OSX 10.8.3 with fcpx 10.0.8
So when i tried to import clips with fcpx (cmd+I), i had all clips there from my SXS cards but each clips lenght was max 10sec of duration...even if one makes for example 1M50sec...i had for this one duration=10 sec.
Now it is fixed "only" with this free plugin (Camera Import Plug In Version 1.0 for Apple Final Cut Pro X)....
