Question particular specifications of the device with Final Cut Pro X Render was created by Moheb Elsonna

I own this device with the following specifications:
HP xw8600 workstation
16 GB RAM DDR2
2 * Processor 3 GHz 12 MB Cache

Is this the best these specifications with Final Cut Pro X or the next device:
Core i7 3770
16 GB RAM DDR3

This is not what I meant Mr. paurray
But I have another problem
When the device is switched off and once it closes ... The device works again on his own
Is there a solution to this problem
my system is : mountain lion 10.8.3
