It seem that Neat has fixed the problem www.neatvideo.com/index.html or have they ? On Mac Update today they say Neat Video for Final Cut 3.3.0 which seems a bit odd

Yes I figured it out that it was not for FCP3

But their web site is not very concrete about the issue that has been solved. But will be interesting to see comments from users

Well I'm using it and its working just fine. Ugliest piece of software coming from one of the ugliest websites on the planet but hey. These guys obviously are passionate about how well their software works, not so much how it looks.

And it works great!
