Some interesting glitch with Sony XAVC/XDCam Plugin was created by Andreas Kiel
There had been several people experienced problems with the Sony XAVC/XDCam Plugin.
Projects, Effects etc didn't work anymore.
Removing the Sony XAVC/XDCam Plugin "/Library/Application Support/ProApps/MIO/RADPlugins/XDCAMFormat.RADPlug" solved some problems.

I've not personally experienced that, but I have read others on other forums complain and that was the solution. Guess Sony has some explaining to do.

I'm reviving this old thread as I'm soon doing my first project with XAVC-files in FCPX.
I've read somewhere else this bug was/is only present in the german and danish versions of FCPX. So my question to all those using that FCPX-Versions is: Have the glitches described above been fixed in the meantime?

Hi Michael,

We have had intermittent issues with this plugin, but not anymore (Belgian version FCP X). Just make sure you have the latest update of this plugin and you should be fine.
