Bug in importation with Add San Location, events on xsan, file on xsan.

Bug with San Location, files imported are Missing File. But when the file is from the desktop it works.
I have FCPX 10.0.8, an Xsan.
If I create Events on my desktop and import the files it works too. But both on the san and missing file after each importation.
In the window or importation I can see the file, video goood, audio good.
PLEASE help me, we want to work with FCPX not PPro.
I' in a broadcast television station and have to make a workflow with FCPX on our San. No camera, only footage in ProRes 422 and XDCam422.
