dvdsp wtf need help asap

I am authoring a dvd in dvdsp but the buttons and highlights wont do what I command it to to.
I have a menu chapter button on the main page. With the view on main the buttons are white, if I hit play they turn grey. If I change to menu 2 and then back they are white again. I basically have no control of these for some reason. Every time I start a new project it works fine then stops. same results in simple and advance.
Is this a crap program or what. I have messed for days now trying to get this very simple authoring complete.

When you burn to a dvd the buttons do not work but there are assigned correctly in dvdsp.
Not sure where to turn please help . I have a deadline of tomorrow.

I've been beta testing it, it is very useful when you need to work under the hood of FCP X. Few more tweaks and it will be released.

Post your project. My guess is you have an issue with the way the buttons are choosing their color. I've never had an issue with DVDSP.

Obviously late for the help now, but FWIW...you don't have to post the entire Video TS folder with assets. The project file .layout (usually UNTITLED_DISC.layout) until you name it contains your DVD structure.
DVDSP can have some issues if opening earlier versions of projects (i.e. DVD SP4 opening a DVD SP2 project file).
