Multicam Angle Layering was created by
Hello Final Cut Friends,
I have a question.
While in the multicam angle editor, is it possible to layer multiple clips on a single angle? For example, if I wanted to create a bleach bypass effect without using Final Cuts built in effect, and do so by layering the footage, could I do that in a single angle within my multicam clips. I have about 9 angles and I want to do this on just about every one. To reiterate, I don't want 9 new angles, I want 9 angles that each have multiple layered clips.
I know I can do it once my multicam is in my timeline by "hold-Comman-drag" but that will just take forever.
Thanks

No compositing in the Angle Editor.

You might be able to create those composites in a Compound Clip, then add that to the Angle Editor. But I just worked with someone who combined CCs and Multiclips quite a bit and the system bogged down really badly.
