FCPX crashes when importing iMovie11 projects.

Hi,
I Just switched from iMovie to FXPX and wants to continue work on some IM projects. But when importing them FXPX crashes (badly) can not restart again unless I goes into the finder and manually deletes the created few files that FXPX created.

I can however import very small (a couple of minutes long with limitited titles/effects) projects.
But my typical movies are approx ten minutes and have lots of
titles/fx/ pics inbedded and will always crash FXPX without any hints about what it does not like.

anybody out there who have a clue of how to import IM projects?

That's made in IM11, and the next one is my first attempt in FCPX;

What I like to do is to take earlier parts and join them to a "compilation"
with some editing of the beginnings/endings.
