Uploading issue

Hi all. So Ive been banging my head against the wall with this for days now. I have a video im try to upload to Vimeo and it does just that however, I cant seem to keep it in 60p. It plays back lovely in fcpx but once uploaded theres issues. There is parts with strobe lighting and that seems to be the main issue other then darkening a good amount. The strobes look as if they are in 30p. Very glitchy with long periods of solid white. Ive exported with compressor, quicktime, and fcpx and all have the same problem. Ive checked the properties and confirmed the video is 60p in fcpx. I even tried exporting to dvd, and that also will not gibe me a 60p option. Only 30p and it looks just like the upload! Im going nuts!!! HELP!!!!
