FCPX adding sidebars to Vimeo Shared media when shared via FCPX Project

Is there a way that the video can be shared clean to Vimeo in a full 16x9 frame without the 50% opacity sidebars? I want to be able to use FCPX to as a Vimeo publishing client as it's pretty fast and does all of the compression and encoding for us. I just don't want those irritating sidebars. Check out this screenshot to see what I'm talking about. If the same video is published to Vimeo via Vimeo's site, the sidebars are not there.

I just noticed that the 1080P upload option for the Vimeo sharing destination in FCPX is 1745x1080. Screenshot attached. Any idea whether this is static or can be changed?
