Is there any shortcut for "add keyframe", for example when you are using a shape? I am getting repetitive strain in my right hand from click click clicking!

Actually scratch that, sorry, It's my first time using keyframes. I just realized you don't have to actually go to the menu and click add keyframe for every single frame you change! And on top of that you don't even have to change every frame! Problem solved!
