I back up data files on BR disc when the project is finished. I have a disc in the reader now and can't get it to mount, in order to access the files. Tried different FW ports on the tower to get it to read the disc. Nothing doing. Anyone had this issue?

It's an external drive, btw. The reader/writer isn't showing up in System Information, under "disc burning" or "FireWire."

I simply tried the faithful "shut down computer and restart" method and.... it now mounts.
