ProLens works fine on my Late 2009 iMac, but I've installed repeatedly on a 15in MacBook Pro (retina) that I bought yesterday and the ProLens plugin does not show up in the effects list.
The other Plugins (ProTrace, ProVega, ProShiver) work fine.
Any thoughts on why it's not working on this MacBook Pro?

I have ProShiver and recently bought ProLumetric.
With ProShiver only some of the presets installed, and the rest were missing. With ProLumetric the presets were there, but I get the Missing Media warning whenever I try to use them.
So with both plug-ins I have had problems on my MacBook pro (late 2011 17" model, fully kitted). All the other plug-ins I have from other sources work fine. It might be because I am still running on 10.5.
I have been meaning to contact them about the ProLumetric issue, but their customer service was odd last time around so I don't know I can be bothered this time around.
At their inexpensive prices I don't stand to lose much I guess, though ProLumetric looked like a pretty sweet plug in and it would have been nice to use it for the project it was purchased for.
