Seem to be 1080i, but shot in 1080p. And NeatVideo Question

First of all.
I have shot in 1080p, but when sharing(Master File - uncompressed 8-bit) it seems that some of my clips is interlaced(moon shot and sky in fire). Why?
I have seen I tutorial of NeatVideo with Adobe. With Adobe you can choose to reduce noise both with interlaced and progressive. How can I choose progressive with FCPX? When I start up NeatVideo it shows me the clip interlaced.

I got an answer for the interlaced-problem. But still wondering about NeatVideo.
