iloveqc FCP plugin

Hi,

I just downloaded the 3d iloveqc plugin. Only thing is, it's blue. Only. I can't get anything but blue. Anyone know what to do?

Oh, btw, I have FCP 10.0.0

Ok, first thing, upgrade to 10.0.7

Many of the plugs only work with the latest version.

Unfortunately the manufacturer doesn't make it easy to find out what the System Requirements are.
Don't you hate when they do that?

BTW, I just sent them an email suggesting they post System Requirements information on their site. Guess what? My email gets bounced back - their email address is bogus, typical! Exactly the kind of professional qualities I look for in a company to build consumer confidence.

My bet is, 10.0.7 will fix it.

I email them on a regular basis, no problems. They are great guys, talented programmers. I'm sorry you are having an unsatisfying experience.

The "Contact" page is not an email address, but a form. I'd suggest filling that out.

Firstly David thanks for purchasing 3D Supercharger V2, I am very sorry to hear you are having problems, I think i replied to your support request earlier, but it should be working on 10.0.0 but our test machines are 10.0.3 and 10.0.6 currently so an upgrade will help, however sometimes a blue screen can be experienced when a slug is not in place depending on which plugin you are using, hopefully these tutorials will help:

Secondly TrixTrax, i am very sorry to hear an email bounced, can you please tell me what address you used. Our whole ethos is based on listening to you the user so I am surprised and disappointed you experienced a bounce and this certainly does not demonstrate how we normally operate.

Ill update the site with some better minimum system info ASAP. Sorry for any frustration caused!

Anyway, yes, I did follow the tutorials exactly. I'll be working on upgrading later. Until then, do you know if it works in Snow Leopard? My OS is 10.6.8

Yes the plugin works on snow leopard, lion and mountain lion.

I found the email address support@iloveqc.com on the site, sent a request for our friend David here asking about System Requirements. (I've just returned & clicked thru all the pages in your menu, & it looks like that email link has been removed in the past 24 hours. It was on the upper left side of a page if I can remember I think it was red text & possibly next to Graham's name.)

Hi Thanks for the update, our web company made a few changes yesterday to an unrelated issue so it's possible they took out that bad link then, we are .org not .com, again let me apologise for the error, we have scanned the site and source can't find any link in our code so hopefully no-one else will experience the same issue.

we are committed to responding to any support request via email, twitter or facebook within 24 hours and the best option is probably the support tab on the left hand side of each page.

Hi guys. Yesterday i've bought iloveqs. it should be extremly usefull in my projects but i can't use it.

I feel like my trouble is very stupid but anyway it makes me angry coz i can't start working and i really hope you'll help me, guys)
So i have FC X 10.0.5 and the point is that i can't add the DAE file. I used to watch tutorial 6 times or more but in my FCPX it doesn't work. i just can't open settings of "3D load model"
I only can find "reset parametr" but ebem can't click it. So should i upgrade my soft or smthng?

1st screen shot, your timeline is not active, we're seeing an offline Browser clip in the canvas.

And what is that other filter on top of the 3D Supercharger? Get rid of all other filters.

You also have the 3D Supercharger plugin's settings "Hidden". Click the "Show" thingy.
