3 FCP question: projects, color correction, fonts was created by Wille
Hi, i have been used FCP7 for 7 years, now i use FCPX 10.0.6, the software is ok but i have some problems:
- Is there a "pipet" in color correction, like fcp7 that i can touch a white area and the color correction are then ok, i have use the automatic correction but if the picture is too yellow it not work.. it will over exposure.
- how i can make projects and captured (P2) material to external drive be default, allways.. not once but default new project / new event is external drive?
- i have made some text, but how i can change the font

1. No.
2. Yes and no. The default is the last selected.
3. In the Text inspector, though it depends on the specific title you're taking about.

Technicolor's "Color Assist", coming soon to FCP X. Can't be beat. You need anything else, get Resolve LITE.

Color Assist also works as a stand alone app. The plugins simply let you move between the NLE and the Color Assist app. At present it comes with plugins for FCP 7 and PPro. But I highly recommend it. There is a trial version you can download to check out. The more I work with it, the more impressed I am.
