Applying an effect to only part of a clip was created by jqc
Hi, does anyone know how I can apply an effect to only part of a clip? For example, I'd like to use the Gaussian blur effect on the first half of a clip and would like this blur to fade out so that the second half of the clip is clear.

Just keyframe the effect amount, or cut the clip, apply the effect to the first part and crossfade to the second part.
