Anyone try this out yet?

"V2 gives you the power to load 3D models onto your timeline footage, and animate it with keyframes allowing you to create stunning composites super fast."

Ben,

I tried to click on the "Karma" setting since you were nice enough to share this post, but I accidentally clicked on the minus by mistake. (It won't let me un-do.)

The "Thank You"s thing does make sense perfect sense for a forum situation, but I can't stand this "Karma" thing. I'd like to see it go away. I don't know how others feel, but I think it's childish.

I don't care about the Karma rating here. I have over a decade of emails, letters, phone calls that let me know I'm helping lots of folks all over the world.

I've spoken with these guys, they're shut down for the holidays, but after New Years I will be chatting with them for an in depth review. I'll be testing it out over the holidays. Anyone have .dae objects and scenes to donate for my review?

Sorry Ben, I don't follow what you mean by an "in depth review". Review of what? And, I don't know what a .dae object is.

A review of the plugin I started this thread about, "3D Supercharger V2". A .dae file is a standard 3D modeling file type. Like .mp3 or .aif or something like that.

A very in-depth review of the plugin, how it works, good points, draw backs, etc.

You know, what this thread was started about.

Got it.

Thanks,
Dave

P.S I'll update the other thread soon with my test results, but I'm in the midst of my first project with the new Seagate Momentus Hybrid drive which I'm using in an external Voyager Drive Dock connected via eSata. So far, so good.

.dae is a COLLADA object, a file format that was set up for collaborative workflows. It's an intermediate file that is compatible with most 3d modelling apps, it's a bit like an XML workflow in editing.

I'll send you some stuff Ben. Let me read through the web site first to find out what they support and I'll go for features that will test what they support and write down some notes on what is what, and what is getting tested, in each model I send.
