linking FCX with Logic Studio 9

I am working on a 90 sec film promo

I am composing the music in Logic Studio 9

I want to some how link the film promo with the music so I can watch the music whilst i design the music around the film

do I export the FCX work and import into Logic or is there a way to sync both programs so when I press play on one the other plays as well

any advice would be welcome as I have never done this before

Export a ProRes Proxy of the video. Import that into the video track inside Logic Pro.

Running to pro apps at once will really push your system, not a good idea.
