The effect looks beautiful.
Ben can do it in Motion.
Start studying tutorial videos on mastering Motion 5.
There's plenty on youtube.
Check back here tomorrow, if he's not too busy, Ben will probably have a link for you.
It doesn't really look that difficult, it's ultimately only one effect repeated.
Except for the final flyby over the huge body of text, but even that is the same thing, manipulating the camera in 3D space while transforming the perspective of the plane the text resides on.
It looks good though...

I assume you mean the letters falling gently onto the page? Very nice effect, I love it. Wish I'd had thought of that first. LOL!
OK, first, there is a caveat with this video. Rule number 1 of being Amazing is to be "me", and since only I can be "me", the rest of y'all are sort of screwed on that part. Sorry, I don't make up these rules, I just follow them. So now that we've established only I, Ben, can be truly amazing, here's how I'd approach this effect.
* Must be done in a 3D group.
* I'd use a Text Sequence behavior in Z space to float the words / letters onto the page.
* Create a light to cast natural shadows.
* Create a camera (for the dolly-like movements) and narrow its depth of field so that the letters are out of focus when they're too close to the camera, but in focus when they're on the page.
I've not actually done this myself, but that's my first thoughts. HHHmmm... this could make for a very interesting tutorial on the macProVideo.com HUB. I may have to attempt this after all. Yep, pretty amazing. That text effect is cool, also.

One thing BenB left unsaid... you do everything he wrote (plus some) in Motion, not FCPX.
I, too, loved the shadowed letters falling onto the page.
