Maybe it's just me but...

We get a bug fix update to the FCP X package (10.0.7) a short time after a major upgrade (10.0.6) and the responses I've seen on a couple of forums are "it's only bug fixes".

That's got to be a real motivator for the FCP X development team.

I say, "Thank you FCP X development team. Keep them coming!"

I think you are refering to Steve O Connor.

I think every editor working with FCPX, including Steve, is very happy with bug fixes.

But with every upgrade everyone asks: "new features?"
I think Steve just meant the 'just bug fixes' to answer that question in advance.

And I think it's indeed a Nice sign that the release follows 10.0.6 so quickly.

Not specifically targeting Steve. Nor did I intend to assume the meaning behind anyone's statements.

It just made me think of the bashing that "Apple" and FCP X get in general and not just on this or other forums for a lack of listening and response to "our needs".

There is probably a small group of people at Apple working on FCP X under extreme pressure to "get it right" and they deserve some applause for this level of response.
