Relink media to file missing in events browser

hi guys
i have a project which the music tracks are missing. somehow when i try to reveal the clip in the event browser it cant find anything. The file name is still there and i know where the music sits? how can i relink if its no longer in the event browser, do i need to just re-import and then re-link?

If you know where files are and you just want to relink them.
Select the media, "clip or track" ( in the Event Browser.
Then click File - Relink Event File it will prompt a Relink File Window where you can navigate where the files are sitting.




OR do you mean the clip wont show at all in the Event Browser? If so make sure you have All Clips (ctrl C) selected in the Event Browser.

i mean that it wont show up at all in the event browser? im not sure what you mean by select all clips, should it find the file in the event browser when you click 'reveal in event browser'

Unless the file is rejected and you have Hide Rejected active.
