Is there a way to make the name of the clip appear on the output?

Hi, first time here...and relatively new user of FCP. I create highlight videos for recruiting purposes and as a part of that process we have to order the clips. I accomplish that currently by creating a title for each clip and numbering it 1-whatever. The clips are also named the same thing. Is there a way to just show the clip name on each clip automatically so I do not have to add a title to each individual clip? right now I'm working on one that is 100 clips...so as you can imagine adding a title to each one takes some time. Thoughts? Thanks!

why do you need to name all clips on your output?

because I do iterations of the video. in recruiting video the best clips need to be up front and there is ALOT of shifting around. The person I'm showing it to is typically somewhere else in the country so I upload it to youtube. They review it and give me feedback using the numbers on the clips to move them.
I know I can use titles to put number on it...but that is a tedious process when the clip are already named the same.
does my question make sense?

select all clips, press e to put them in a timeline
find timecode generator and put that on top off them all, share file to youtube
you can even do that with multiple timelines, transcode and upload is background

Two words for ya, bubba; "Batch - Renaming". Select all of your clips at once, go to the Modify menu, to Apply Custom Name, Edit. Then create your own naming scheme, apply it to whole batches of clips at one time. Very flexible, very powerful, very fast, very easy.
