and yet the video doesn't show you how to lock something in place, so it cannot be moved no matter what... just like tom said: there is no lock option in fcpx (yet).

What I need is that when I move a frame the part of the audio that belongs to it will come with it.

Do you have any idea , how can I do that ?

Not sure what you're doing, but any audio that's part of a video clip always moves with the video. Perhaps a screen shot of your project would help.

If the audio is a part of a video clip, you don't need to change anything; they will go together, unless you separate them, which I think you are not doing.

Maybe what you want is to have a music track, or whatever, to stay in a Timecode, instead of being attached to a frame of the Primary Stroyline. Ok, there is no way of doing this, as there are no tracks anymore.

What you can do is lift the video clip from the Primary Storyline and put a color solid instead, which is going to be your "hanger" for the music. Then you can move the video clip where you want, as the audio ain't going to be connected to it.

Make sure the audio is a connected clip, connected to the video you're moving. You can change the connection stem with Option-Command-click the location to move the connection stem to.

Maybe I don't understand what the OP wants, but if I re-read his comment,,,"when I move a frame the part of the audio that belongs to it will come with it" I think he might be trying to cut a section of a clip and wants both video and audio from the cut section to be relocated somewhere while staying in sync. If so, what about using the blade to cut out 1 frame (audio + video) and move that wherever you want. Not sure how one frame of audio is useful in any way, but this is what I get from interpreting your question.
