any way to export the timeline from Final Cut ProX to Premiere Pro CS5.5

I"m working on a video project and the main editor is using Final Cut Pro X but I'm using premiere on Windows 7. Is there any way to share the edits back and forth? Is there at least a 3rd party piece of software that may help?

Xto7 will give you the project in FCP 7 XML, which I think PPro will read. I "think".

Here is a tutorial on the FCP.CO website that addresses this.

While Xto7 will give you the project from FCP X in FCP 7 XML for Premiere Pro to read, is there anyway of getting it out of PP back to FCP X? This sounds like a project where more time will be spent solving problems than actually editing.

If PPro will export XML, get the app "7toX".

ben is correct
from fcpx to pp use xto7
from pp to fcpx use 7tox
there is no need for fcp7, unless you want to double check
