Anyone Else - Audio Changes to Project After Update to .6?

Wondering if anyone else has experienced issues after updating to .6.
For me, I've lost dual channel mono tracks. Able to click on/off Mono Ch. 2, but there's no wave - empty.
Problem is, while the project can be readjusted, those tracks sound like there's a quality degradation, as well. Seems to sound like it did in previous FCPX version (prior to update) before clicking off Mono Ch. 2. Now I don't have the option to toggle between on/off with the empty track on Mono 2.
Any feedback appreciated - thanks,

What are the format specifications? Can you post a screen shot of what you're seeing?
