Codecs Return with 10.0.6

Several video codecs have been returned with 10.0.6. We can now export to ProRes 4444, 422 (HQ) 422, 422 (LT), 422 (Proxy). Also listed in Settings on Export as Master File: H.264, Uncompressed 8-bit 4:2:2, Uncompressed 10-bit 4:2:2. Other choices: DVCPRO HD, HDV / XDCAM HD (25 Mbps), XDCAM EX (35 Mbps), XDCAM HD 422 (50 Mbps.

These codecs are available when we select File > Share > Export as Master File > Settings



Looks Pro to me

These aren't new. They've been in the app since at least v10.0.2 on which my book is based.

Oops. My mistake. I never realized that drop down was there before and would always export a QuickTime with Current Settings. Thanks for pointing that out Tom

And you can now create customized Destinations for faster Sharing.

What IS new is that you can now choose more render formats...

Not new, those have always been there.

The only thing they still haven't put in the the ability to set the optimize codec, like no choice for LT for instance.
