Flexible Clip Connections in 10.0.6... Where?? was created by AndersM
Hi,
Testing 10.0.6 here, and some nice improvements in this release!
One question: According to this site you can " Hold down the Back-tick/Tilde key (` at the top left of your keyboard) and slip, slide, trim or move the Primary Storyline clip leaving the connected clips in place."
However on my Norwegian keyboard with default command set this key is assigned to "Go to Next Edit". This key is not the same as on a US keyboard, so that might be the reason...
Can anyone check what function this key is assigned to with a US keyboard, and confirm that the behavior mentioned above is as it should?
Thanks!

It's mostly to be used with the trim and position tools. A little icon which essentially means "override clip connections appears".

FWIW, the command is called "override clip connections" in English anyway. You should be able to search the command in the keyboard editor and find it. I remapped that key on my keyboard so it shows up as unassigned...

I'm having a similar issue. The command editor shows it mapped to that key however holding it down and trimming still moves the connected clips. A new icon shows up when holding down the key though.
