FCPX RED SUPPORT

Just so everyone doesn't get dismayed, you need to download a RED WORKFLOW plugin from RED to get raw r3d files working in X.

Just a quick note. I've downloaded and installed the RED WORKFLOW plugin. r3d files come in great. Using a current gen (now outdated) iMac topped out, and playing from a 6TB Thunderbolt drive, playing back at full-debayer is understandably choppy. But as per RED's intro video, switching to "Better Performance" without a RedRocket card gives plays back the files at 1/4 res, and playing smooth as butter monitoring out from my BlackMagic box. A touch soft but hey. If you have a RedRocket, "Better Performance" will give you a 1/2 res image.

Having access to the Red Raw from the inspector window is pretty great.
