FPS transcoded in FCP X was created by Eunderstand
I am doing a project where I have to film someone drumming but the shots have to be slowed downed for dramatic effect.
I will be shooting with a 7D use 720 p 60fps.
So my question is how can I get the footage slowed down in FCP X.
Here is an example of what I am trying to do.
Maybe there is an effect I can buy or something, what do you guys suggest.
Thank you for your time.

Shoot 60fps.
Create a Project that is 24fps.
Drop the clip into that Project.
Modify > Retime > Conform Speed.
Then use Command-R to activate the retiming bar above the clip and tweak the timing as needed.
Here's a short tutorial.
