Good news for FxFactory Pro users: a free update to an X-compatible version for registered users was announced on the same day as FCPX was launched.

Not all the FxFactory bundled plug-ins work yet (140+ out of 173), so stay tuned for updates.
In X, presets don't work yet (Noise Industries precursor to Motion 5's 'Rigs'), but I'm sure they working on fixing that too.
