Try importing into iMovie and exporting back out and then upload to YouTube.

I know this might sound crazy to ask. how can I export to iMovie? from final cut pro or directly from my folder to iMovie?

Same way you'd import into Final Cut. Open iMovie, import the file you exported (saved) from Final Cut and then export back out using whichever setting (HD, large, small, etc,) you wish. Upload to YouTube. Should work.
Whenever I uploaded after exporting from Final Cut, I always had color and/or audio problems. Exporting through iMovie and then uploading fixed this.
