I would eagerly like to know which plugin which be the best to use if I am wanting to incorporate the blink/flicker effect into my project. I have the Luca, but would like more feed back if there are any other great ones out there.

I'm in desperate need of the blink effect from fcp7 too. I need it to be one frame off and one frame on. I use it to replicate a strobe light during dancing scenes. It ends up looking really good and my clients are expecting it. The only problem is that it's not in FCPX!
