Duplicating project does not duplicate keyword collections?

I have successfully duplicated my FCPX project and events to a portable drive so that i can work on a Mac Pro and a Macbook Pro.
Everything seems to update when I copy over the new CurrentVersion.fcpproject file from the portable drive to each computer. EXCEPY ONE THING! The keyword collections.
I spent a lot of time on the Macbook Pro organising my clips into folders and keyword collections. When I transfer to the Mac Pro the Project updates fine but the event files do not update.
Is there a way round this? Seems pretty pointless to not have this function. I must be missing something...
Thanks!

Do you also copy the new CurrentVersion.fcpevent file from the Final Cut Event Folder ?

THANK YOU!
Quickest ever solving a problem!
I just didn't read that anywhere in the duplication process.
