OT - Subtitle App Beta Tester Wanted was created by Andreas Kiel
As some people asked me whether I could implement direct SRT subtitle import into XTI — I did it.
Would be great to have some real world testers.
So if you got spare time drop me an email (kiel at spherico dot com)

Thank you both for the reply.
XTI = fcpX Title Import
It's not an app to time subtitles (yet) as there are a lot of free apps which allow to do that. But there is none of them which allow to import those subtitles into FCPX – even the expensive commercial apps won't work.
The first version of XTI allowed to convert the commonly used text STLs to be converted to FCPXML, this new beta also allows to use SRT which in these days of YouTube etc. is a very popular format (even though it's ancient)
So please drop me an email (kiel at spherico dot com). This will make it easier for me to figure out problems or feature requests "by person" and send updates.
