Transfering FCPX & Motion Folders to another Mac

Transfering FCPX & Motion Folders to another Mac was created by oweng69
My main Mac Pro has suffered a boot drive failure and it needed reformatting and the most recent clone of it failed but the previous one to that went back on fine. However I am now missing my FCPX events and Motion Templates folders. Luckily I installed FCPX on my Mac mini so that I could mess about with all the downloaded transitions and effects I've bought/downloaded whilst at work.
So the question is can I copy and paste these two folders back on to my main Mac Pro or will I need to use the installers that came with some of the effects/titles/transitions downloads?
Regards.

If the effects came with installers I'd use them. Otherwise you should be ok to copy over Motion 5 generated effects
