Can Anyone Here Tell me How These Text Effects were done???

WIth ether Motion, After Effects or another Visual Effects application. But most likely with After Effects.

Very easily done in Motion. Lots of using a Wriggle parameter behavior on the line with settings for an airbrush line, customizing line widths at various places along the stroke in the Stoke tab. More to it than that, but you'd have to learn Motion really well. Ripple Training's course on shapes and such covers similar stuff.
