That does not look like rolling shutter to me.
If anything it looks a it like moire on the floor, but then I see its everywhere. Does the camera do this under other conditions?

Select the clips and right-click to choose Analyze and Fix.

It looks like TV flicker when you film a TV screen. Caused by the refresh rate. That's not rolling shutter at all. I also noticed the auto iris adjusting.
I'd change the shutter speed and reshoot. I don't think FCP X (or anything else) is gonna fix this.

The fact that it's rolling chormatic data in the image troubles me.
It's going from bottom to top, and most rolling shutter runs top to bottom.
If FCP X's rolling shutter fix doesn't work, I'm not sure what to tell you.
