I have Mac Pro early 2009 Quad-Core Intel Xeon 2.93 GHz NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 with 12 GB of RAM.

Changing my graphic card from Nvidea to ATI would improve performance.
If yes wish one, ATI Radeon HD 5770 or ATI Radeon HD 5870.

Should I buy more RAM.

Thanks,

I have 16GB RAM and am happy with it. Don't know what improvement you'll see between 12 and 16, but at 16 I don't see a need to get more, myself.

More powerful GPU will definitely give you a performance boost.
