Posting Guidelines

I was wondering if you have a set of posting guidelines?
In somewhat the same vane, perhaps a post or thread on "How To" post instructions. ??
Over the years I have figured out most of the quirks of fop.co but it was a hit or miss learning experience. When attaching files, do you need to both use Add Files; browse and then use the "Insert" button(?) and some other things like linking urls.
What exactly do all of the site icons mean and do? I learn them and then quickly forget, brain too full, things get deleted :silly:

These are some of the things new users have to figure out. Some of this seems to have changed over the years.
So a "User Manual or Guidelines" would be useful. Most sites have a "Sticky" begin here thread.

I want to create a couple of Automator workflows for posting images/videos but I don't know exactly the limitations and/or the preferred sizes/formats. I know you have some file size and pixel dimensions so I was hoping include those in my Automator scripts. Is there any page I can get all the info from? I know that a pop over occurs to show file types when you mouse over the "Add File" but would be helpful to have a tech spec page with all the info.
Posting videos same sorts of issues.
Perhaps once I create Automator scripts, they can be made available for others to use.
